£40,000 – £45,000 per annum
36.5 hours, all year round
Due to the retirement of an existing post holder, after over 40 years’ service, we offer this new exciting role that will work directly with the Head Teachers of our two Schools, based on the one estate.
You will oversee the management and maintenance of our Schools’ buildings and facilities, ensuring statutory compliance and Health and Safety requirements are met. You will also be managing a large estates team and coordinating external contractors.
You will hold qualifications in facilities management to degree level or equivalent and have a background of managing an estate, in either the public or private sector, to a strategic level. In addition you will also have experience of managing budgets and preparing and implementing a strategic estate plan that aligns to the Schools’ long term objectives.
Interviews are expected to take place in week commencing the 13 November 2017.
